Fifteen minutes on a call
Which audience you want to reach, which markets matter, and what has worked for you so far. No brief to write beforehand.
Creator partnerships, worldwide
You tell us which audience you want to reach. We go and find the creator who reaches it. Looking costs you nothing.
Fifteen minutes is all the first call takes.
The difference
Most brands only ever hear from the creators who found them and applied. The ones who fit best rarely apply anywhere. So we start at the other end.
How it works
Which audience you want to reach, which markets matter, and what has worked for you so far. No brief to write beforehand.
We search for creators who genuinely reach those people. Inside our portfolio, and outside it when the fit is better there.
We bring you a shortlist and how we would run it. If it does not fit, you say so and we are done. No obligation either way.
The search and the selection are on us. You pay for the placement, and only when a collaboration actually happens. If we find nobody who fits, you owe us nothing and you have lost a quarter of an hour.
For creators
A catalogue waits for someone to scroll past your name. We go out, find the brand, and represent you properly once the conversation starts.
We agree what your work is worth before we pitch you anywhere, so you are never talked into something that does not fit. And we stay involved once the contract is signed, because that is where most of the work actually is.
Who is behind this
My name is Steve Kotzorek. I have worked at Reddit, so I know from the inside how a platform decides what gets seen, and how it puts a value on a partnership.
I have also lived in five countries. Every move meant a new language, a new bank, and working out from scratch who could be trusted. That is exactly the audience this agency was built around, and I am part of it rather than looking at it from the outside.
MarketingFluencers is deliberately small. That is the point. An agency that knows twenty creators properly is worth more to a brand than a database that knows none of them.
“Macher statt Lacher.”
Doers, not talkers. A friend said it about me long before there was a company. It is still the shortest description of how this place works.

Questions
We do not publish our roster, and that is deliberate. A public list invites brands to pick by follower count, which is the worst way to choose.
So we do it the other way round. You describe the audience you want to reach. We come back with the creators who reach it, and we introduce them by name in the conversation.
Searching and selecting cost you nothing. You pay for the placement itself, and only when a collaboration actually goes ahead.
We put the exact numbers on the table once we know what you want to run. There is no retainer to sign before that.
An affiliate programme collects the people who found you. It works, and we are not asking you to stop.
What it cannot do is go out and find someone who has never heard of you but already has your audience watching. That is the part we do.
Our home ground is lifestyle and travel, with a strong focus on the nomad and expat world, in English and German. We work with brands and creators worldwide.
Write to steve@marketingfluencers.com and tell me who your audience is. There is no application form and no fee.
You tell me which audience you want to reach and what has worked so far. I tell you how we work and whether we are the right fit.
If we are not, you will know inside those fifteen minutes, and that is a fine outcome too.
